These thoughts feel isolating.

But they’re incredibly common 🥲

And when you realise that - something shifts.

I don’t believe most women are actually lost.

I think they’ve just spent so long doubting themselves…
that every decision now feels overwhelming.

So they overthink.They hesitate.They second-guess.

And over time, that creates disconnection.

But when you start rebuilding self-trust, something shifts.

Clarity returns.Decisions feel lighter. You move forward again.

This is a big part of the work I do - and I’ll be sharing more around this soon 🤭

Self-sabotage doesn’t look obvious.

It doesn’t look like “ruining your life”.

It looks like this:
🙃 You overthink every decision
🙃 You assume the worst outcome
🙃 You talk yourself out of opportunities
🙃 You compare yourself to everyone else
🙃 You wait until you feel “ready”

And here’s the part most people don’t realise…

Your brain isn’t trying to hold you back.
It’s trying to protect you.

From making the wrong decision
From failing
From feeling uncomfortable

But in doing that… it keeps you in the same place.

I see this all the time in coaching.

Women who are capable, self-aware, ready for more - but stuck in patterns that feel like “this is just how I am”.

It’s not who you are.
It’s what you’ve learned.
And it can be changed 🤍

This is something so many women experience… but rarely talk about 🫢

You’re genuinely happy for someone.
But at the same time, you start questioning your own life.

Am I behind?Am I doing something wrong? Why isn’t my life moving like that?

That moment where comparison quietly creeps in.

It doesn’t make you a bad person.
It just shows how quickly your perspective can shift.

This is something I care deeply about helping women navigate.

More coming on this.

So many women carry these thoughts quietly.

On the outside, they look like they’re doing well.

But internally, they’re questioning everything.

Am I behind?
Am I on the right path?
Why does everyone else seem more certain?

And because no one is really saying it out loud, it can feel like you’re the only one experiencing it.

You’re not 🙅‍♀️

This is one of the most common patterns I see.

And when you understand what’s actually driving it, things start to make a lot more sense.

I’ll be sharing more on this.

This comes up in almost every client I work with.

Feeling behind isn’t usually about your life…

It’s about how you’re seeing it.

Here’s what’s actually driving it:

• You’re comparing your beginning to someone else’s middle
• You’re consuming constant highlight reels
• You think life has a fixed timeline
• You assume everyone else feels more certain than you
• You’re measuring your life against people on completely different paths

Your brain is trying to make sense of all of this at once.

So it creates pressure.

Not because you’re behind -
but because you’re comparing too much.
