Today I completed a 10 km run which was the first I have done in 7 years.
It was hard, and my prep wasn't the best. By incorporating the principles of Ki Awareness I was able to reach my goal - I focused on my central point or gravity, had a positive mindset no matter what thoughts came up, moved naturally - finding my flow, and letting go of any preconceived ideas of my ambitions and abilities.
In January I challenged myself to do this and under the hour was my goal. See the results of trusting in yourself and believing what's possible!!
