Extra appointments !!!

Heidi is offering a few extra days of availability in the weeks to come ahead of her NZ adventure in July 🛩

We are open on Monday (Labour Day) and she has a couple of spots left next Saturday too. If after hours appointments work better for you, this is a great opportunity to get a little seasonal tune up, or get some support for those annoying little niggles.

Laura has a sprinkle of appointments available in the next few weeks if you would like a lovely big dose of self care after a somewhat strange start to the year.

Oh my goodness this year is FLYING by 🚀

Here we are a day away from April!!

Heidi and I are both here over Easter but are currently fully booked. Please reach out if you would like to go on the waitlist for Good Friday or Easter Monday as things change day by day.

Hands on healing

The therapeutic benefit of touch is so incredibly powerful 💪

Anything from a simple hand on your shoulder when you're having a hard day, to holding hands with your child as you cross the road, to a meaningful hug between friends, to the bliss that is available from an amaaaazing massage (or deeply relaxing Acupuncture treatment!).

Both Heidi and Laura use a variety of hands on techniques when they are assessing and supporting the range of health conditions they see everyday. The body has alot to say when you know how to.. and take the time to listen !!

Encouraging clients to learn the subtle, and sometimes not so subtle clues their body's are giving them is a big part of the preventative health care model of Chinese Medicine ☯️

It's essential!

I feel there has been a MUCH needed shift in the conversation around self care and what it really means. Especially after many people ended 2025 with very empty cups and a deep desire to rest.

Self care can be as simple as saying no when you would usually say yes, choosing company that feels easeful, doing things because you want to not because you 'should' and putting your own oxygen mask on first.

We are in a time of reflection. These first few weeks of a new year are a time to really sit with what is important to YOU and what you want to fill your life with.

As always we are here to support your health and wellbeing goals with Traditional Chinese Medicine
and are both more than happy to have a chat about what this looks like ☯️
