For the woman whose husband makes an "extra stop" after work every evening.

For the woman who is mourning the loss of a pregnancy that nobody else knew about.

For the woman who still leads from the front even although she’s lost inside.

For the woman who was fired for her fourth late because she has been awake for a straight week with a sick child.

For the single mom who doesn't know how the utilities are going to stay on this month.

For the woman who has gone through 2 IVF's and has tried for five years without success but still shows up to every baby shower for her friends.

For the woman who still hasn't forgiven herself for the abortion that she had 20 years ago.

For the woman who has a line of judging eyes at her and her children as she counts out coins or has to put something back at the supermarket.

For the woman that opens the door to the news of her husband being killed overseas three weeks before he was to return home.

For the woman that lives with a quiet anxiety because nobody understands what you could possibly be stressed about.

For the woman that gives to her family all day- everyday and just.needs.a.break.

For the woman that smiles at strangers all day in public- but weeps silently every night.

For the woman who has wanted to end it all but found strength to carry on.

For the woman that heard the rumor about herself at church today.

For the woman sleeping next to a stranger every night.

For the woman whose genetics will never allow her to look like the ones in the magazines.

For the woman that endures one broken relationship after another because there was no father around to teach her what love looks like.

For the woman raising a fatherless daughter and praying that history doesn't repeat itself.

For the woman who loves with all her heart who’s desperate to be loved.

For every single woman that cries in the shower so that nobody else can see. Because if you aren't strong-nobody is.

Just because the water washes your tears doesn't mean that you don't cry. Just because you cry doesn’t mean that you’re not strong enough to handle it.

I am you. I see you. I am with you, I cry with you. I love you.

Full moon, full power, full ascension, full transformation, full heart 🤍

How has your transition been?
I definitely experienced some low vibe days leading into this very powerful moon in Scorpio ♏️

My moonlight ocean visit reminded me of the deep wisdom these transitions bring and I'm grateful for that 🙏

Forever a student of the universe and ancient feminine wisdom ✨️

Womxen! In this Mercury retrograde all things can and may go awry at the most inopportune time. It's all as it is meant to be, an accelerated learning phase for us.

Here is a reminder for you to focus on integrating and keeping your own frequency and thoughts and love where they need to be - protecting your heart and self. The real work here is nurturing your inner connection.

With love from Rellish xo and Love from Lauren 🤎

Remember or online circle is coming up & we'd be honoured to support you through this 'unhinged' time. DM us for your invitation xx

Here, is one of those special places where ancestors speak through the land, in volumes that we cannot unhear.

Here, is one of those special places where we see permanent yet ever changing, markings on the rocks. Etched thousands of years ago.

Here, is one of those places where you can see trees dancing with each other, and the sky moving as nature’s clock slows down time.

Out here, is truly divine.
The earth moving up our spines.
This yoga mat, is the one that I will forever return to.

This is how we realign.

It’s easy in this world to get caught up thinking we need to spend $$$ in courses, mentors, healings, all the things… When I come back here ~ I always remember this is the most valuable of experiences we can have as humans.

To be in and with nature.

🌏 Here is where all our questions make sense.
Here is where our innocence is re~met.

As we adult, so many grow to see innocence as ignorance / a person of no knowing.
To be innocent is to be free from hurt, to be informed in what we know and still be attracted to the good, and to be drawn closer to warmth.
Innocence is renewed as we sleep and as we connect to nature.
We return to our innocence by shedding cynicism and protectionism.

We enter a state of wonder, and there’s an invitation for life to be lived in our truest inheritance.

Reposted from HERSTORY (reel and words by - Reposting slightly edited because of how much difficulty everyone has had in re-sharing. Oh the irony 🙄. Ive never had so many issues trying to post, ever. Please share far and wide! So we can remember and rewild 🌱 You can see the original still on my grid)

Part 1/3

How well do you know our history?
But do you know HERstory?

“To know where you are going, ask those coming back.”

In the beginning,

Women were worshiped.

Birth, fertility, menstruation, s*x, and old age were all considered highly sacred and honoured accordingly.

Vaginas, wombs, pu**ys, vulvas and menstrual blood were all considered the portals of life and death.
Temples were built in their honour, statues were carved throughout cultures all over the world to depict the sacredness of their power.
And women; the holders of this power were revered.
Without women there was no life - for humans or for the earth, and therefore women were celebrated and worshiped as being the custodians, caretakers and owners of the land.

Both land and surnames were passed down via the maternal line, the ancestral line known as the “red thread” because cellular and epigenetic memories are passed down via mitochondrial DNA only to and from women.

Matrilineal societies were/are not reverse patriarchies. They centre around and value community, secure attachment, connection, nurturing, relationships and our physiological needs as human beings; interconnected and interdependent with one another and the Earth. Boys, men and ALL people benefit from matrilineal and Mother centred societies.

“To tell the health of a culture, just look at the health of the Mothers”- Rachelle Garcia Seliga.

And then it began…

✨ High in the sky, the moon shines like a beacon in the night for seafarers, wanderers, men, and maidens alike. Grandmother moon shares her dynamic energies with us that, if we tap into, allow us to be in tune with the natural flow of nature. Working with her rhythms & harmonising with her influence, we can learn to capture the magic within ourselves to make the most of every moment.

Time with my women folk was exactly what I needed this day 🌱💖
