Our first Introduction to Yoga Program is finally out! Join our amazing teacher Ana Devi in this journey. 🧘‍♂️ 🕉 🧘‍♀️

This beginner-friendly program is designed to help you start and develop your yoga journey with confidence, understanding and support. Whether you are completely new to yoga, returning after some time away, or looking to refine your practice and deepen your understanding, this course will guide you through the foundations in a safe and welcoming environment.

What is included:
> Two half-day immersions - 31st May & 14th June, 7:30am–11:30am (morning tea included)
> All props provided - mat, bolster and blocks
> Workbook
> One month of unlimited classes*

*Current members are welcome to join and your membership can be paused during the program.

Put your arms up! Welcome to Kundalini Yoga. 🙌

If you have practiced Kundalini Yoga, you have probably noticed how often we lift the arms overhead or move them rhythmically. It may look simple, yet it can feel surprisingly challenging, and there is a reason for that.

In Kundalini Yoga, raising the arms is more than physical exercise. It stimulates the heart and lungs, increases circulation, and helps move energy through the body. The hands and fingertips are powerful energetic points, so when we hold the arms up, we direct prana, our life force, and build focus, resilience, and stamina.
Arms up is also an open, uplifting posture. It can shift your mood, expand your energy, and strengthen both body and mind.

Next time you hear “Arms up,” stay with the breath and the sensation.
You are not just working your muscles.
You are elevating your energy.
