Meet Bianca McMurtrie 🙌

Bianca is a massage therapist with over 11 years in the health and wellness space, she blends techniques including; Dawn therapies, Lomi Lomi, Remedial, Deep Tissue and Myofascial release, mixing precision with intuitive and energy-based practices.

And she's also one of Yoga Teachers 🧘‍♀️ A lover of movement and connection with our bodies in all forms, physically, spiritually, emotionally and mentally. Yoga and meditation has been part of her journey and teaching.

You can meet her every Tuesday, on the mat at 7:30am or for a relaxing session later on.

We’re so happy to welcome Carrie, who will be offering Reiki and vibrational healing sessions every Thursday at Prana.

Her sessions support deep relaxation, emotional balance, and energetic alignment, creating a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself. Carrie works intuitively with Reiki, chakra balancing, and pendulum assessment to help clear energetic blocks and limiting patterns. Her sessions may also include crystals, sound, and aromatherapy. ✨

Embodiment & Dance is a movement experience designed to reconnect you with your body, awaken your intuition, creativity, and bring joy through conscious movement. This class blends guided and free-form movements, creating a safe and expressive space for exploration. Each session invites you to move in a way that feels authentic, intuitive, and alive.

What to expect:
* Grounding and presence
* Slow somatic and yoga inspired movements
* Guided repetitive patterns and new ways to move your body
* Fun and playful exploration, be prepared to some Latin vibes, Afro beats, 80s and 90s classics and Ecstatic Dance

Today I gathered a few brave souls, my beautiful “guinea pigs”, to experience something that has been quietly growing in my heart… and now it is starting to take shape. Thank you for trusting me, for showing up, and for being part of my journey.
