But somewhere inside, feeling the exhaustion of it all. I didn’t know it was okay to want more. I didn’t know I needed to evolve for my health and my ideal life. My journey has taken me through motherhood, chronic illness, unhealthy & toxic family patterns and behaviours, navigating the end of a 28-year relationship, deep healing, and learning how to live a life that feels like a dream - safe, joyful, adventurous and free.

It doesn’t have to be complicated.

The moment I step outside, something shifts.
My breath slows.
My body softens.
The stress I didn’t even realise I was carrying begins to let go.

Nature doesn’t ask anything from me.
It just meets me where I am and reminds me I’m part of something bigger.

We underestimate how powerful this is. Just opening the door and letting fresh air, birdsong, or sunlight touch us is medicine.

It doesn’t fix everything, but it changes how I meet it. And that, in itself, is healing.

Next time you feel heavy, don’t overthink it. Just step outside. Notice what shifts.

I was sharing with a client recently how much easier life feels when we stop labelling every thought or feeling as “good” or “bad.”

I like to imagine the body like a soft, translucent, light-blue jelly.
✨ When a thought or feeling arises and you notice it without judgement, it passes right through, a ripple, then gone.
✨ But when you resist it, call it negative, or shame yourself for feeling it, that’s when it gets stuck in the jelly. It lingers. It takes more effort to release.

This isn’t about bypassing or pretending we’re fine. It’s not about avoiding the full range of emotions.
It’s about acceptance. Curiosity.
“Oh, I’m having this thought.”
“Ah, here’s sadness today.”
Not as good or bad, just as what’s moving through.

Because what we accept, moves.
What we judge, stays. 🌿

There’s a big difference between releasing and reliving.

Letting yourself vent, cry, or brain dump is powerful. It clears space. It gives your emotions somewhere to go instead of sitting heavy in your body.

But when venting turns into looping, telling the same story again and again, replaying the same conversation in your head, or constantly revisiting the pain, it stops being release. It becomes rehearsal.

And what we rehearse, we recreate.

The key is balance:
✨ Give yourself time and space to feel it fully.
✨ Honour your emotions without shame.
✨ Then, when the wave passes, allow yourself to step forward.

Your feelings need to be expressed. They don’t need to keep you stuck. 🌿

We often prioritise one part of ourselves and forget the rest.
Eat the “perfect” diet but never pause to breathe.
Meditate daily but ignore the body’s need for movement.
Stay physically active but starve our hearts of real connection.

True wellbeing is whole.
✨ The body needs nourishment and rest.
✨ The mind needs clarity and calm.
✨ The heart needs love, expression, and connection.
✨ The spirit needs meaning and space to expand.

No single practice holds it all.
It’s how they weave together that creates balance. 🌿

When one part is cared for, it supports the others.
When one part is neglected, the whole system feels it.
