Hello Spring! As everything blooms, remember to take a moment to care for yourself today. It’s the 1st — time for your monthly breast check.

When you check, look and feel for:
✔️ Lumps or thickened areas
✔️ Changes in size or shape
✔️ Dimpling or puckering of the skin
✔️ Ni**le changes (inversion, rash, discharge)
✔️ Unusual pain that doesn’t go away

Know what’s normal for you so you can spot any changes early — early detection saves lives!

Make it part of your monthly routine and remind a friend, too. 🌼

A very special shoutout to Karen and Amy, our incredible Breast Care Nurses at Buderim Private Hospital. Their care, empathy, and tireless support make a world of difference to those navigating breast cancer on the Sunshine Coast.
