Honouring Your Hormones: 💃🪷 It’s a controversial & sensitive topic and everyone has their opinions or advice in some way 🫶 and we are all just trying to help each other out from the goodness of our hearts 💕
One thing I’ve definitely leaned into and truly believe is that , it doesn’t matter what age you are or what’s happening with your hormones (or the struggles arising) , but the most important thing to do is to honour where you are at and love that version of you 🙌💓💫
The love and compassion we have for ourselves and where we are at right now, IS A BIG PART of how our hormones respond and show up for us! 🙌💓💫
And when I say this , I’m talking about our female hormones , happy hormones, stress hormones etc etc because guess what! They are alllllll connected !
If you’re stressed all the time, running around flat out in top gear, never allowing downtime or if you’re thinking scrolling on the couch is downtime, then your hormones respond to this accordingly 🙃🤪
Females are complex beings 🥰 and that brings with it epic Ebs & flows of life and should give us the grace to allow ourselves to shift, alter, change, unravel, thrive and strive in whatever way we please on any given day in any given way ✊🥰
we aren’t this linear, strict, rigid routine-ly created thing that needs to stick to this or that! (Even though this has been me for a lot of my life and I know many others 🫣😜)
But when we soften into our true essence of what we are and honour that to its fullest capacity , we start to see the world around us shift and mould itself to suit accordingly - and THAT is a Beautiful thing to unlock 😍👊
And guess what! This softening, flow driven, slow & gentle softening we allow, GREATLY and positively impacts how our hormones respond…….
