Jess has 10 years experience, working with a diverse range of clientele. Jess has worked extensively with Professional NRL, Pregnancy and within osteopathic clinics in Melbourne.
She has a special interest in chronic pain and soft tissue injuries.

Jess is extremely passionate about health and fitness and loves helping people reach their goals.

💪 Celebrating Strength and the power of Exercise Physiology 💪

We are back into the groove of training and ready to kick some goals in 2025!

Highlighting some incredible progress and consistent dedication of another one of our super clients, we’re giving a shout out to Kris and strength training for individuals with Autism! 💚

Consistently showing up each and every week, Kris has seen great improvements with lower limb strength and stability following setbacks from a knee injury. 🦵

Demonstrating some great glute and posterior chain strengthening exercises, we can ensure that strong hips lead to happy and healthy knees 😁

We look forward to seeing you back running and cycling in the coming months! 🏃‍♂️🚲
