express themselves authentically through art making. Through this process people may find relief from
overwhelming emotions, crises or trauma. The therapist
is not there to judge or direct the art process but to
encourage the client to find their own meaning in the art. Who is suitable...
Art therapy is suitable for the young, old and everyone
in between! It is based on the belief that the creative
process is healing and we all have the ability to be creative.
