You can’t pour from a depleted nervous system.
Being at your best — for your clients and for yourself — isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.
When you don’t give yourself time to clear your energy, regulate your body, and come back to centre… you can’t show up as clearly, calmly, or powerfully as you’re capable of.
I see this constantly with therapists, coaches, healers, and high-capacity professionals — busy schedules, back-to-back sessions, holding space all day. Many assume exhaustion and overwhelm are “just part of the job.”
They aren’t.
Energy accumulation is real. Emotional residue is real. Nervous system fatigue is real.
And it doesn’t just affect practitioners — it happens to almost everyone throughout the day.
Meetings. Family demands. Social interactions. Digital overload. Stress.
Without intentional resets, it builds.
