How you breathe is the cause to the effect of how you live your life…

Dysfunctional breathing = Manic Mandy life 🤪

Functional breathing = Cool and calm life

If we breathe on average 22,000 times a day and our breathing style dictates a certain emotional response then surely we can agree that breathing the wrong way is actually going to cause you to be more stressed and less productive in life…

So why don’t we tackle this head on and correct our breathing first good?

Well, most of the time it’s because we lack the information we need to implement this change 🙃

So here’s how you can take your first step to improving your breathing.

1. Nasal breathe, when we nasal breathe we end up with full breaths into our belly instead of shallow mouth breathing into our chest.

2. Practice breathing hygiene by practicing mindful breathing 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. “Trust me, this will change your life”

3. Start to gear shift your breathing in stressful situations with breathing in for 3 and out for 6 to regulate your nervous system state.

Over the past 4 years, I have been successfully running my Health and Fitness Business, working with and coaching clients Online through my app and Training Face to Face in gyms. My training style has always been not only to train your body but your mind as well, enjoying your lifestyle while you reach the top of your performance. I have helped many clients with Fat Loss, Muscle Gain, Sports Performance, Athlete Conditioning, Strength Training and Postural Improvement.

My Current Qualifications/Skills include: Certificate III & IV in Fitness - (Personal Trainer) Diploma & Advanced Diploma in Sports Nutrition - (Sports Nutrition Advisor) Level One - Strength & Conditioning Coach (ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach) Level 3 - Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (Counsellor)

Using Three Different Methods of Training - Nutrition, Fitness Training and Mind Training. You will be increasing your mind and body to improving your general lifestyle while reaching the peak of your training!
