There’s something in the air right now.
You can feel it.

The world is moving at a pace that feels almost impossible to keep up with.
Externally… everything is shifting. Systems, conversations, beliefs, identities.
But what I notice even more is what’s happening inside people.

The internal world of so many beautiful humans right now is spinning.
Trying to process.
Trying to ground.
Trying to remember who they really are in the middle of all the noise.

And I get it.
Because I feel it too.

I’m not standing here speaking as someone who has it all perfectly figured out.
I’m speaking as a woman having a very real human experience.

A mum.
A wife.
A woman on a mission to lead with love and impact.
And even for me…
this season has been deeply triggering.

There have been moments of the highest highs. Moments where my heart feels wide open and I can see the beauty of what we are building as humanity.

And there have also been the lowest lows.
Moments where the emotions move through me so strongly that the only thing I can do is honour them, breathe through them, and trust the process.

Understanding my own human mechanics has helped me so much in this.
Knowing that emotions move in waves.
Knowing that growth often feels uncomfortable before it feels expansive.

But none of that removes the fact that we are all navigating a time of enormous change.

And I know I’m not alone in feeling this.
Everywhere I look, people are searching for something.
Understanding
Validation
Grounding.
Connection.
Truth.
Love.

So the question becomes…
How do we move through this together?
Not in fear.
Not in division.
Not in trying to control everything outside of us.
But in a way that actually honours the human experience we came here for.

For me, it comes back to a few simple things.
Gratitude.
Love.
Compassion.
And personal responsibility for the world we create within ourselves.
Because when we slow down enough to feel gratitude… something shifts.

When we look at another person and choose to see the light inside them, even when their journey looks different to ours… something softens.
When we remember that every soul here is walking their own path of learning and remembering… judgment dissolves.
And when we realise the one place we truly have influence is within ourselves… that is where real power lives.

Our choices.
Our integrity.
Our values.
Our ability to forgive, to grow, to realign when we lose our way.
None of us are here to do this perfectly.
We are here to experience being human.

To fall.
To rise.
To question.
To evolve.
To remember love again and again.
So if you’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed lately…
a little emotional…
a little uncertain about where the world is heading…
Just know you’re not alone.
We are all moving through this great remembering together.
And maybe the most powerful thing we can do right now is simply this:

Love more.
Forgive more.
Accept more.
Align more.

And keep choosing love.

Again and again.

We have our moments

08/03/2026

One of the fastest ways to kill a sale…
is deciding someone else’s budget for them.

You know the moment.
You walk into a shop.
You’re browsing.
Feeling the fabrics.
Looking around quietly.
And within 8 seconds someone appears beside you.

ā€œJust so you know… the cheaper ones are over there.ā€

You didn’t ask.
You didn’t say anything about price.
But suddenly someone has already decided
what you can afford.
Energy shifts instantly. Personally, I walk out…

Because what they’re really saying is:
I’ve already sized up your wallet.
And people can feel that.

They feel when someone is projecting their own money fears,
their own scarcity,
their own discomfort around value.

And the same thing happens in business.
People in sales sabotage themselves every day by saying things like:

ā€œIt’s a bit expensive butā€¦ā€
ā€œNot sure if it’s in your budgetā€¦ā€
ā€œMost people start with the cheaper optionā€¦ā€

What you’re actually doing is this:

You’re placing your ceiling
on someone else’s capacity.
Your job is not to manage people’s wallets.

Your job is to:

• Show the options
• Share the value
• Answer the questions
• Let adults make adult decisions

Because here’s the truth most people never realise:
What feels ā€œexpensiveā€ to one person
is completely normal to another.
People invest in what matters to them.
So if you’re building a business, remember this:

Your money mindset
is not anyone else’s money mindset.

Stop shrinking the opportunity
before someone even sees it.

Let them decide.

And if they want the ā€œexpensiveā€ one…
Let them buy the damn thing. šŸ”„
