I’ve been thinking about how normalised it is to live inside a fear script.
“Ugh I’m exhausted.”
“My body’s falling apart.”
“Everything’s so expensive.”
“I hate my job.”
“Politicians are useless.”
“Nothing ever works for me.”
“I never have enough.”
“They’re just lucky.”
“Why is it so hard?”
And here’s the disruptive part…
Most people don’t realise those sentences aren’t “just being honest”.
They’re instructions.
They’re spells. 🗝️
Not in the fluffy, bypass-y way. In the very real, nervous-system, identity, perception way.
Because your brain doesn’t debate your words.
Your body doesn’t fact check your beliefs.
Your subconscious doesn’t ask for sources.
It hears repetition and goes:
“Got it. Build reality around that.”
So we gather in kitchens, workplaces, group chats, comment sections… and we congregate around complaint like it’s community.
And I’m not saying life isn’t real. It is.
Pressure is real. Fatigue is real. Bills are real.
But what’s also real is this:
A lot of us were raised inside a system that rewarded conformity and punished deviation.
Stay in line.
Get the gold star.
Don’t rock the boat.
Be “responsible”.
Work harder.
Push through.
Don’t ask for more.
Don’t be seen.
Don’t fail publicly.
And fear becomes the invisible fence. Not the big scary kind… the polite kind.
The kind that says:
“Better not try, because what if I look silly?”
“Better not start, because I don’t have time.”
“Better not be consistent, because then people will notice me.”
“Better not change, because then I’ll have to face what I’ve been tolerating.”
So people stay.
In relationships that drain them.
In jobs that shrink them.
In health patterns they’ve normalised.
In the same conversations, the same loops, the same stuckness.
Not because they’re lazy.
Because fear feels familiar. And familiar feels “safe”.
But right now, something is shifting.
People are waking up to the fact that the old way costs too much.
Not just money… life force. ✨✨
And this is where I want to speak directly to social media marketing and the network marketing space, because it’s the part people misunderstand:
There are opportunities right now where you can start a business with no inventory, no qualifications, no “being an expert”, no huge following, no perfect branding.
And still, people will choose hard.
They’ll choose staying stuck over being seen.
They’ll choose comfort over courage.
They’ll choose familiar suffering over unfamiliar freedom.
Because it’s not the business they’re scared of.
It’s the identity shift.
The moment you start, you stop being someone who “wishes”.
You become someone who moves.
And movement is confrontational to the old program.
So let me ask you something gently, but directly:
If you keep telling yourself “this is just my life”…
How long do you plan to keep living that sentence?
Because you don’t break free in one grand dramatic leap.
You break free one courageous decision at a time.
One post.
One DM.
One conversation.
One “I’m doing it even if I’m scared.”
So what are you choosing?
The familiar loop…
or the first step into a different reality?
If you feel something in your chest reading this, that’s your awareness tapping the glass.
And if you want to know what I’m building and how I’m using social media to create income, impact, and a mental wellness movement without the hustle burnout cult, message me “BREAK FREE” and I’ll show you what it looks like behind the scenes. 🖤✨
