FULL MOON IMMERSION
As the final full moon of 2025 rises, on Friday 5th December, we are gathering for a special 90-minute Yin Yoga practice to honour both endings and beginnings. The evening will celebrate the close of a powerful nine-year cycle … a symbolic threshold between what has been and what is yet to come. Beneath the moonlight, we’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and soften into stillness, allowing the tides of release and reflection to wash through body and mind.

This practice invites you to soften the hard edges, to honour your own evolution, and to create space for new beginnings, as we prepare to enter the ‘1’ year of 2026, with openness and clarity. Supported by the grounding energy of the earth, and the nurturing pull of the moon, we’ll reconnect with inner peace, compassion, and trust in life’s unfolding.

After the practice there will be tea, and a light Dahl dinner to share, and time to connect, reflect, and celebrate the completion of another cycle together.

Join me for this soulful evening of stillness, surrender, and heart-centred renewal, beneath this final full moon of 2025.
