MAPLETON and surrounding areas, this one is for you!
We are raring up to launch a MORNING dance fitness class just for you!!!
Busy Mummas, working ladies, retirees, anyone who would love to be able to get thier workout in BEFORE starting your busy daily routine.
It will very conveniently be on a Wednesday morning in the Mapleton Hall, bring the kids and drop them to school afterwards.
Our dance fitness classes are carefully structured to get your cardio workout ticked off for the day ✅In the funnest way! And include a quick muscular strength workout, wrapped up nicely in an express 45min class !
Launching this new class after Easter and currently taking expression of interest.

Check out these 2 ladies!
Both Mummas of little kids, both have been attending my classes for about a year, both have grown stronger !!!!!
And they both move well !!!!

We dance for cardio and then we put some muscle into it, literally working on building muscle with strength work.
We are so lucky to utilise a fully equiped gym.
Tuesday mornings is dance and strength ( child friendly class, great kids room in gym!).
And Sunday mornings is a strength only class.
