Pure Strength class is moving !

Location AND time !

You don't have to dance to become a member of Cultivate.

Pure Strength is just that. Think barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, rig work, cardio machines and so much more!

This class will now be held at@crossfitnook in K***a Park and we get to use all the toys!

Moving to the favourable time of 7am, sieze the morning before it gets too hot and still have the whole day to enjoy with this 45min class.

Meet Laura and Sarah from Mapleton.

They've both been dancing with me for 7 years now.
They each have a husband, 2 young kids and work.
Laura does 2 classes weekly and Sarah does 3.

Laura did dance as a kid and Sarah did not.

They even come to class dressed the same 🤣

They come to classes to build strength, general fitness, mental health and friendships.

They are 2 of the friendliest most welcoming faces you might meet if you come along to a Cultivate class.

They are both very consistent with their class schedules.

Looking for a different and fun way to work out ???

As the warmer months quickly approach and the winter layers disappear, we start to feel more energised and look for ways to move our bodies.

I aim to deliver you a well rounded workout and potentially the best hour of your day!

An hour class involves a fun dance routine along with some strength work to strengthen muscle.

You don't have to be a dancer, it's easy to follow and you know what? It doesn't matter what you look like, as long as you're having fun, your heart rate is up and you're moving your body!
