- Completely transforming my own physical body & wellbeing via colonics and holistic nutrition
- Having freedom and choice of the hours and days I work
- Having time and flexibility to fill my cup doing things I love, like dancing, swimming in the ocean, chasing waterfalls, quality time with my dog and laughing with friends.
- A self regulated nervous system
- Manifesting cash from thin air
- Dropping into my heartspace and surrendering so graciously with support from my spirit team and guardian angels
- Getting paid for the value I'm giving
- Calling in the ultimate Queen energy Kinesiology mentor and teacher who catapulted me into the biggest spiral of growth and elevation of consciousness I could have ever only dreampt of
- In the final stages of rebranding my Kinesiology business
- Embracing my empathetic nature and seeing it as a gift and not a burden
- Nurturing, loving and protecting my energy, pulling back my power!!
- Feeling incredibly worthy of an abundant life

Let's talk VALUES! ~ Part One

Are you someone who has sat down with a note pad and pen and truly got clear on what yours are?
If your answer was yes, amazing go you!
Or if it's a no, that's ok but I definitely encourage you to as it's a powerful way to not only get to know yourself on a deeper level but also to gain clarity on your direction in life and working towards success, however that looks for you.

Speaking of, my top #2 are:
HEALTH & FREEDOM

Over the years these values have been tested time and time again, only making me more determined to align to them.

❌ ️In the last 12 months I've gone from ❌️
- not wanting to get out of bed
- working in unfullfilling J.O.Bs (just over broke)
- suffering from years of gut health issues
- in survival mode 24/7
- pay check to pay check
- trading my time for money
- unable to drop the masculine armour of pushing, striving, desperately trying to control my sh*tty circumstances
- living more in my head & less in my heart
- studying an outdated Kinesiology model that no longer resonated with me
- attracting the same kind of relationships with non committal partners who were devilish and deceitful 😈
- having my kindness taken for weakness (wroooooong!l
- barely being able to afford healthy food or rent
- being super self critical of progress and losing faith
- silently battling waves of depression & suicidal thoughts
- not feeling worthy or enough just as I am

my VISION & voice became clear.

From my darkest shadow pierced the purest light!

I found myself again,
bruised, beautiful and bare
stripped of every comfort
but clothed in truth ~ only this time more divine & powerfully connected to my sacred mission here in the earthly realm 🔗🌏

Hello incredible souls,
I've got some pretty big and EXCITING news to share with you soon! 😍 but until then I'd love to touch on something first. My purpose of this post today may seem small, but I can assure you that it is the beginnings of something so infinite and magical that my human brain is still grasping. For quite some time I've been trapped in some outdated generational patterns of fear, lack and scarcity. The ways in which its played out has been to do with finances, security, environmental stability, relationship wounds, limiting beliefs and self worth to name a few. Although I'm a cup half full kind of gal I've not always been truly happy in my reality and through a huge amount of consistent personal development, investing in myself, education of all kinds, taking bold risks & staying the course, I knew that the only one coming to save me was ME!!

We are the creators of our reality after all and the Star seed being that I am was
⚡️never willing to settle for average
⚡️never willing to settle for the mundane
⚡️never willing to settle for being broke
⚡️never willing to put my life dreams on hold
⚡️never willing to settle for playing victim
TO ANY OF IT...well atleast anymore.

I've endured my fair share of hardships and life lessons and although the pain was so real I'm beyond grateful for all of it as it's not just about the destination that we're all desiring it's also about riding the waves of our unique journey, surrendering to trust and loving and holding ourselves through it all -- and most of all BELIEVING that we're truly capable & to hold our visions with our whole heart!

Right now and for the very 1st time in almost 31 years I feel as though my life puzzle with who knows how many bloomin pieces! is actually progressing and the individual pieces are slotting into place.
2022's theme was a complete death and rebirth ☠️
2023 for me is all about transformation and being seen! 🦄
So with all this in mind I like to think of this as part 1 of my story. We all have a story and I really believe that we can help others based off of our own experiences.
