Introducing myself to those who don’t really know me and what I do –
I'm working in Forest Lake and loving the area, after moving from Sunshine Coast. I utilise several overlapping healing techniques that I am passionate about. Homoeopathy is an ancient form of healing using your body’s innate ability to respond by stimulating a corrective reaction. It has many uses, ranging from ac

ute to chronic imbalances and is based on the belief that the body can heal itself. Reiki is a form of hands on healing that originates from Japan – do you remember what happens when you slam your finger in a door – you wrap your other hand around it! Bowen is another hands on method, which helps release the fascia (which covers all muscles, nerves, bones etc.) Mora is a biofeedback machine which helps realign meridians and uses homoeopathic drops to continue the rebalancing effect – again, a non-invasive therapy. I am also putting together a couple of workshops – gluten and dairy free lunchboxes for kids, homoeopathic first aid and Reiki Seminars. Hello from Townsville/Drownsville! Yep, been rather wet. (I’ve been sending out lots of mould remedies). Thought I’d drop a quick fixit post. Regarding ordering drops online, a few people have mentioned my website says I’m “temporarily closed”. Not true! This is a Google glitch, which we are attempting to remedy.. and it’s so slowwww!
If you go to my website Ruby Tickner Practitioner, you can easily see the SHOP. There you scroll through options in size (25, 50 or 100ml) bottles of your preferred remedies. e.g. Ross River, Candida etc. Maybe we made up a specific remedy for you at our last consult, for example Chronic Fatigue, or a Tonic. You might want pillules form of something, like a classical remedy, such as Arg Nit or Ars Alb or Epstein Barr Virus. As well as our mainstay for nutrition Sea Minerals. Once you order the size and form you want, bottles or pillules, as you go to checkout you see Additional Comments .. this is where you add in any extra information (like mould, or post viral syndrome for example). I base all your remedies on our last consult from your charts, and send express mail.

We are back! After a little hiatus for the move to Townsville, the 15 and 30 remedy first aid kits are available through my online shop. You can design your personal kit. For example, you can focus on sport and active lifestyle, travel, family or pregnancy and birth etc. The kits include an easy to use booklet which helps you choose the remedy. After 29 amazing years working on the Sunshine Coast as a Mora therapist and homeopath, the time has come to semi retire💃🏻I’m excited to spend more time in Townsville with my grandkids, playing, gardening, painting, swimming and enjoying life. I’m back from a well earned and delightful trip to Canada. My son called it Mum’s Bakery Tour! Add in mountains and glorious chats with and .tickner and you’ve got the story. Clinic is open for treatments and drops again. Got some news coming for next week!

Flu! So much and so many names… mycoplasma pnuemonia. Influenza A, whooping Cough, TSV, Strep, Covid, parainfluenza…. Best thing about homeopathy is we prescribe on symptoms, not names of viruses or bacteria. So how to help? Use Vitamin C , D, zinc and minerals. Lots of water, handwashing and good sleep. Eating sugar or high carbs feed viruses (remember the agar plate in labs used to grow viruses? Fed with glucose).
Also homeopathically, I use Anas Barb, also known As Oscillococcinum, to prepare my body, or at the first sign of flu. Used with Ferrum Phos, or Aconite, and the above regime, we have a chance of halting the dread illness… I’m off to a two day workshop with couple hundred people today, and it’s a sleepover event… I’ll let you know how I go!
