Your small intestine is awesome. If you want to know who you are, develop trust and know intuitively what is right and wrong for you, support this organ. Its job description includes separating the good stuff (chi, nutrients and motivation built in the morning) from the bad stuff (toxins, stress, negativity) that clouds your judgement and creates confusion. This is why I call it ‘the judge’! It’s on between 1-3pm, and you help it help you by physically getting away from work and mindfully eating a nutritious lunch. No screens or scrolling (do that after you eat). This type of lunch break (every workplace owes you one) helps control blood pressure / hypertension, and puts things in place so you can sleep at night which promotes weight-loss and prevents dementia, obesity, burn-out and countless other symptoms. Forget the fads, just get to the core (routine and rhythm and organs) and everything will change. Sound good? You be the judge!
