There is a time when all is perfect and then, times when life feels far from perfection. Undoing the norm and finding space to accept the true changing nature of things. YOUR things. Staying mindful of these things and spaces allows true direction in all we wish to achieve. All things we aim to gain, or set free. Healing happens deep in our fascia and organs, the connective tissues and holistic systems coinciding with vibrionic states of energy that stagnate and need shifting. We clasp at life mostly, we strive for success and stay busy. Our truest nature is one of balance. Within and without. With our environment and our community. By Undoing the conforming to what you have been taught, you may just glimpse the lessons youβre most in need of.
Yin yoga offers you space, time and introspection. The undoing of all your daily doings.
If you have an injury, then you know its not stand alone. We have all experienced the knock on effect of physical decline via old injuries resurfacing. Our internal systems (nervous and glandular) are on our side, but need help to balance. All impacts externally and internally are compasses for the landscape within to find or lose homeostasis.
