Welcome to Yoga NRG & Mindfulness Training Australia
We offer In Person & Live/Online Mindfulness and Yoga Teacher Training Programs (both as Full Certification &/or Personal Development for those who wish to deepen their understanding and self exploration of Yoga & Mindfulness)
We also offer Mindfulness Based Yoga and Various Styles of Meditation in a number of different locations (in person) and live online. Currently 7 Different In Person Locations - Moffat Beach, Cotton Tree, Buderim, Coolum, Peregian Beach, Noosa , Cooroy. We are passionate about about making our Training Programs and Classes accessible to all , especially those in remote areas who may not be able to access things face to face on the Sunshine Coast. We have a broad online community that we integrate with our live classes and training programs , and when able we travel and deliver outreach services to remote and rural areas. Tammy Williams, Founder of Yoga NRG & Mindfulness Training Australia is a qualified RN of over 27 years, who specialises in Mindfulness Based CBT, Mentoring and Teacher Training aswel as supporting individual clients in her private practice with overcoming stress, trauma, burnout, and addiction of various types. She has a unique method of combining evidenced based practices and mindfulness/yoga psychology to help optimise client health and wellbeing. Nothing is ever just in the body, or just in the mind - the two are linked therefore we teach you how to work with both and integrate both. What Yoga NRG is about - is giving you the tools to better manage your energy, physically, mentally and develop confidence and clarity for your own personal aspriations (learning what supports them and what are obstacles to them)

A Sutra for your Saturday ~

Loving kindness is one of the Foundations of True Love .

You do not need to change anyone
You just need to LOVE them. 💝

We catch ourselves trying to do that & we intentionally bring loving kindness to the parts of ourself - that for what ever reason needs that person to be different.

Love doesn’t do well with rules.

Rules at times are intended to protect us and keep us or others from being harmed

One of the most powerful ways to feel safe in my experience so far in life is when I’ve made mistakes from “not realising” something (because I’m still learning & growing) & someone has loved me unconditionally.
They see it for what it is, and that you are trying your best and sometimes you just don’t know or realise things (until experience gives you that insight or wisdom)

When I’m struggling with Self Love - or accepting parts of myself (the parts that have made mistakes, or not understood) I practice the internal Yoga.
I bring loving kindness to the parts of myself that I’m having a hard time accepting.
I use the in-breath to make space inside my home (my body)
I use the out breath to bring peace to my home (my body)
If I’m still struggling - I keep practicing.
I bring loving kindness to the parts that are gripping, clinging, or resisting.
(Be it regret, resentment or remorse)
I do my best to bring loving awareness to it all - let feelings run their course.

If I’m still struggling - I bring to my heart & mind someone who loves or has loved me unconditionally. I remember their peaceful smile or their caring voice.
The tension in the body starts to soften & the thoughts loosen their grip.
I begin to remember - I am not my thoughts or my emotions .
There is more space for the breath.
There is more space for the heart.

The path through - is through our hearts.
It starts with Loving Kindness.

Big Thankyou to who practices and to anyone who has been our person/people that we can bring to our heart & mind to “remember” our experiences of Unconditional Love ❤️
If some of those people have passed and some are still here - do what you need to - to let them know they are dear to you.

Not only will Roll & Release methods improve your strength and flexibly, manage pain - it helps you dissolve ruminating states of mind - due to the feel good chemicals being released.
