This eclipse season is asking us to let go of what no longer belongs.

Each Human Design type untethers in its own way:
🌿 Generators → letting go of the pressure to prove.
⚡ MGs → dropping the guilt of pivoting.
🌀 Projectors → releasing the need to keep up.
🔥 Manifestors → unravelling the need to explain.
🌙 Reflectors → stepping out of false environments.

When we untether, we don’t lose ourselves.

Eclipses close chapters, often ones we didn’t even realize were ready to end.

In Human Design, this looks like untethering from the conditioned self — the parts of us that hustled, proved, or performed just to survive.

Rebirth is not about becoming someone new.
It’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

My rebirth hasn’t been fireworks — it’s been quiet, steady, like remembering my own rhythm again. As an MG, it’s been the permission to pivot, to play, to be many things at once.

The first half of life teaches us how to survive.
But at midlife, survival isn’t enough anymore.
We start to unravel everything that was never really ours.

For me, the unravelling has looked like letting go of who I thought I had to be for everyone else — family, society, old versions of me. That skin is too tight now.

Each Human Design type unravels something different:
🌿 Generators → the pressure to prove.
⚡ MGs → the guilt of pivoting.
🌀 Projectors → the need to keep up.
🔥 Manifestors → shrinking to be accepted.
🌙 Reflectors → clinging to false identities.

Unravelling isn’t collapse.
It’s clarity.
It’s the beginning of rebirth.

Ha! Midlife is meant to feel like a rebirth. Messy, wild, holy.

Imagine if we all lived our design…

👉 Generators stopped saying yes to things that make them want to crawl under a blanket.
👉 Projectors quit pretending to be Energizer bunnies.
👉 Manifestors stopped apologising for doing life their way.
👉 Reflectors finally got out of rooms that drained them.

Imagine the collective sigh of relief.
The ripple effect. The butterfly effect.
The healing that would naturally happen.

Wild & Brave New Year

Chinese New Year 2019, and I am not sure about you but I feel I have birthed something new in myself. To Birth, one must experience Death, and in the last two years, I experienced a few symbolic deaths and endings......and in my foetal position Wild & Brave was born.

I feel very strongly that we are all emerging into a greater consciousness and with that is a greater responsibility to ourselves to radiate our Light, to be Heard and to be the Divine Design of our unique selves. I want to help you facilitate your own Growth and Way of Healing that is unique to you. There are so many modalities out there, and it can be overwhelming and confusing. Not all are right for you. I have chosen the doTERRA essential oils as a mainstay modality. In my 5 years of working with them, the oils works with everyone. It just depends how much you want to commit to them on a daily basis to really reap the benefits. Even with the oils, they work uniquely with you on every level.

I do aromatouch and soul sessions with people, but daily self care rituals is the foundation of long term RISING.

We are here for one reason, To awaken to our own Light, and in that way easy tick off the list task, we can serve the world....but it has to be Us first. No way round it. So Lets gets Oiled Up, Tuned UP, Tapped IN and Turned ON as Esther Hicks/Abraham would say....its going to be a Wild & Brave Year!!!
