I’m very excited to share some yummy offerings to close out the year and welcome in the new ✨

Stoked that I will be spending this time sharing what I love and witnessing the magic of presence 🦋

We will move through a gentle flowing practice into some juicy Yin, finishing with a grounding yoga nidra.

The intention is to come back to yourself, refill the energy stores and therefore move forward in an aligned way ♥️

Begin with a gentle flowing practice to soften the edges and release what’s been held. From there, we’ll melt into long, restorative yin postures to unwind deeply through the layers of body and mind.

We’ll finish with a blissful Yoga Nidra, guiding you into profound rest, the kind that renews you from the inside out.
