Grief Loss and Suicide is about giving hope, understanding and support to any family or friend whose life has been affected by loss, grief or suicide. Grief and Loss can be caused not only from the loss of a loved one, it can be caused by the loss of a career, job, money or identity. I have survived, learned, grown and managed to thrive since then. It was a process and I am here to show you that you can live a fulfilling healthy thriving life after grief, loss or suicide, even though it doesn't feel like it for a long time for some.
