There’s something about this spot today.
Wide skies. Still water. Bare feet in the sand.
With the energy of the full moon and the heaviness of what’s unfolding in the Middle East and around the world, I’ve been feeling how important it is to anchor in steadiness.
Not to ignore what’s happening.
Not to numb out.
But to stay grounded in a way that keeps our nervous systems regulated and our homes feeling safe.
I’m being intentional about what I watch.
What I listen to.
What conversations I let into my space.
Nature has a way of recalibrating everything.
It steadies perspective.
It softens the noise.
It brings us back to what’s real and right in front of us.
If you can — step outside.
Feel the earth.
Let the sky remind you how big and spacious life still is.
Your energy matters.
The way you hold your home matters.
The steadiness you cultivate ripples outward.
What are you doing to support yourself and your family through these days and weeks?
