Mapping the Magic Beneath Our Feet

Here’s the completed map from a recent remote land healing.

All those colourful lines?

They show what’s happening beneath the surface, deep in the ground — little energy stories that can sometimes tangle up life, health, or even the smooth flow of a business.

Ley lines – natural energy currents (they can be uplifting or a little disruptive!)

Underground water – often stirs up energetic wobble and imbalance

Geopathic stress – hotspots that make a space feel “off”

When these layers are rebalanced, everything lightens — the space feels calmer, brighter, and more supportive to live and work in.

This type of land & space healing can be done for homes, businesses, and even before you rent or buy a property — making sure the energy feels just right from the start.

Behind the scenes of a remote Land Healing 🌏

Who says energy work has to be all serious?

This remote session for an apartment building looked a little like this…

- a property map and colourful pens to trace earth imbalances

- crystals to support balance

- divining rods for guidance

…and sometimes even clearing old emotions the land or space is still holding.

It’s a beautiful blend of intuition, intention, and a little bit of magic 💫

This past week we had to say goodbye to one of the big trees in our yard. It was no longer thriving and on a very precarious lean into out neighbours yard.

Trees hold and anchor energy — their roots, their canopy, even the way they guide water through the earth.

When one is removed, the land can feel very unsettled… like a sudden gap in its heartbeat.

Today I’ll be working to rebalance the soil, roots, and flow where this tree once stood. It’s part of the unseen work of Land and Space Healing — tending to changes beneath our feet.

Grateful and proud to share this milestone - my official certification in Earth Healing!

This practice is close to my heart, connecting me deeply to the land and the subtle energies that nurture all living things.

Holding this certificate symbolises not just a qualification, but my commitment to restoring balance, harmony and vitality to the earth and the people who call it home.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my journey so far - especially my mentors Maggie Landman and Hayley Wallace.

When we laid the new stormwater pipes in our backyard the land just didn't feel right.

It wasn’t just the physical work… the energy of the soil and the flow of underground water had shifted too.

With crystals, intention, and gentle energy work, I supported the land to rebalance — and the shift was almost immediate. The earth seemed to sigh in relief.

Shadow work isn’t always dark or heavy
It’s not about “fixing” yourself or digging through pain just for the sake of it.

Sometimes, the shadows we carry are simply parts of us asking to be seen, understood, and loved.

When we bring them into the light, they lose their weight — and we shine brighter.

Shadow work can feel like freedom.
It can feel like finally exhaling.

And sometimes, it even brings gifts — wisdom, resilience, compassion — we couldn’t have found any other way.

Your light and your shadows are part of the same beautiful whole.

When you tend to both, you step into your fullest glow.

Yes, I’m still here — working away with beautiful clients (with my four-legged assistant keeping me company 💛).

I’ve had a few people ask lately if I’m still offering sessions, and the answer is an easy YES.

I’m still here, still holding space, and still supporting clients with personal Energy Healing.

I may not be posting all the time, but behind the scenes I’m holding sessions, preparing for our family’s big travel adventure, and quietly creating space for something new.

The only change is that my in-person sessions have now wrapped up.

But…
🌿 Phone sessions
🌿 Video sessions
🌿 Remote/distance healing

…are all still available — and they work just as powerfully as in-person (sometimes even more so, because you can rest at home immediately afterwards).

So, if you’ve been feeling the need for a reset, emotional release, or just a little more balance, I’d love to support you.

You will also start seeing me share more about my new — Land and Space Healing.

This is my gentle way of working with the energy of homes, businesses, and the land beneath them… and I’m quietly opening a few spaces for that alongside my personal healing work.

Energy doesn’t need us to be in the same room ✨

Distance (also called remote or surrogate) energy healing sessions are such a beautiful way to receive support — wherever you are.

Perfect if you’re busy, have little ones (or pets!) needing care, or just love the idea of receiving healing from your own cosy space.

As we get ready to hit the road and explore Australia in our caravan, I’ll be offering Distance Sessions via phone and video only. And I’m really excited to keep supporting you — no matter where I am.
