And while we have grown to employ more than 100 dedicated team members during that time, our commitment to always putting our clients and their needs first means many of the clients we gained during our first years in business remain with us today. Working closely with a number of agencies, we have grown our reputation for being agile and adept at responding quickly to the changing needs of our clients and for having a team of staff that are equipped to deal with all ages and health requirements, including being able to assist those who have complex health needs. Our team of caring professionals are qualified, trained and focused on client wellbeing – supporting them to live the life they want and always being respectful of their choices. We invest significant time to fully understand our client’s health situation and personal preferences in detail which means their hand selected Support Worker will be best suited to help them achieve their goals whatever they might be. Your Home Care is proud of the reputation we have earned over many years of providing exceptional, consistent support and is now recognised as one of Queensland’s leading privately owned Home Care providers. We are an approved provider of My Aged Care, NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme), Queensland Health and Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA).

It is always wonderful to see the moments our clients enjoy out in the community, and Bruce may have some competition this year.

Ann has set herself a new goal for 2026 – appearing on the Your Home Care social media page more often than her husband Bruce. After seeing these photos, we think she may be off to a very strong start.

Recently, Ann and her support worker Kelly enjoyed a lovely outing together, complete with delicious treats, plenty of smiles and a few great selfies. Days like these highlight the importance of connection, fun and getting out to enjoy the simple things.

We love seeing the photos our clients share with us, and Ann, we are looking forward to seeing if you can keep ahead of Bruce.

There is something special about community sport - the connection, the laughter and the shared sense of achievement.

Our team had a wonderful time at the recent Boccia Tournament, cheering on Bruce and the Moreton Bay Bugs as they took out the win this month. What a fantastic effort.

It was also a lovely opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new members of the community. It's days like these that remind us why inclusive sport matters so much - it brings people together in the best possible way.
