If you're a physio...

you’ve probably experienced this before.

- Back-to-back clients all day
- No real gym equipment to run proper rehab
- Seeing anything and everything that walks through the door

At Good Vibes Physio, we’re building the opposite.

A clinic focused on:

🏃 Active, motivated people
📈 Proper rehab and strength-focused program
🤝 A supportive team culture

We've opened up a part-time physio role to join us on the Sunshine Coast.

If that sounds like your kind of clinic.

Most people don’t fail because they’re not working hard enough.

They fail because they try to do too much, too often, for too long — and then can’t sustain it.

Progress comes from:
• showing up
• doing enough
• repeating it
• and letting your body adapt

You don’t always need sweat sessions.
You need repeatable ones.

If you're a physio who cares about doing things properly, this might be for you.

We’re opening a part-time role (15–20 hrs) for a physio who aligns with how we care for clients — and how we work as a team.

This might be for you if you’re looking for:
• An active, motivated caseload
• A proper rehab gym + performance tech
• Dedicated mentoring and clinical discussion
• A clinic that values outcomes over volume

The role includes above-award hourly pay, commission, super, and paid admin time, with the opportunity to grow as your caseload develops.

If that sounds like you, fill out the short expression of interest form in our bio.

Let’s chat.

Big news — the GVP team is growing 💚

We’re expanding and looking for a part-time physio who aligns with how we do rehab: thoughtful, strength-based, and people-first.

If that sounds like you, check the link in our bio and complete the questionnaire.

Let’s build something great together.

What you practise often is what your body gets good at —

That’s why:
you don’t rush your rehab
take your rest breaks
inconsistent rehab leads to inconsistent results

Your body doesn’t adapt to goals.
It adapts to habits.

Rehabbing an injury doesn’t need to be extreme — but it does need to be challenging enough to drive change.
If the stimulus is too small, your body has no reason to adapt.

Common signs your rehab might be underdosed:
• it always feels easy
• nothing is changing
• you’re pain-free but still don’t trust the movement

Good rehab is about finding the right level of challenge — not avoiding stress altogether.

The secret to fixing Achilles pain isn’t rest, ice, or injections.

That advice is why so many runners feel better…
then flare up again as soon as they train.

Achilles pain isn’t a weakness problem.
And it’s rarely a “damage” issue.

It’s almost always a loading problem.

Tendons need load to adapt —
but only when it’s applied at the right intensity, range, and timing.

Rest removes symptoms.
Proper rehab changes capacity.

If you’ve tried resting, stretching, or random calf raises
and the pain keeps returning,
you’re not broken — you’re under-rehabbed.

Comment “ACHILLES” and will share how we help runners rebuild their Achilles so they can train confidently again.

Most rehab doesn’t fail because people aren’t trying.

Good rehab is simple:
clear structure, sensible progressions, and consistency over time.

If your rehab has felt stuck lately, one of these is probably the reason.

Most people don’t struggle because they’re doing the wrong exercises.

They struggle because they can’t do them consistently.
The perfect plan falls apart when life gets busy.

Simple plans are ones you can repeat — which builds capacity over time and actually gets you better.

You don’t need perfect weeks.
You need enough good weeks, done again and again.
Consistency is key.

One of the most common mistakes in training is increasing volume faster than your body can adapt.

More sessions, higher intensity, less rest days, more running — all at once.

Progress doesn’t stall because you’re not doing enough.

It usually breaks because you’re doing too much, too soon.

Stay consistent and trust the process.

A lot of people think pain means something is damaged.
Sometimes it does.
But often, it’s just your body telling you that what you’re doing right now is more than it’s ready for.
Not because you’re “getting old”.
Not because your body is broken.
But because your load, volume, intensity, or recovery isn’t matching your current capacity.
Pain is information.

Our job is to figure out what it’s pointing to — and what to change so you can keep moving forward.

22/01/2026

Being pain-free doesn’t mean you’re ready to perform.

Real recovery is about rebuilding capacity, confidence and strength — not just waiting for symptoms to settle.

The Good Movement Program exists to take the guesswork out of rehab and give you a clear, structured path forward.

If you’ve got an injury that just isn’t getting better, send us a message and we’ll see if it’s the right fit for you.
