Many clinical pearls
* are your pamphlets linguistically and culturally acceptable?
* ask ‘what matters to you’? Not ‘what is the matter with you’
* ‘but’ is usually followed by a negative… use ‘and ‘ instead

Yesterday I had the pleasure of being invited to visit and her team at their NHS clinic in Cosham UK. They work from a gorgeous setting in a refurbished building that encompasses community rehabilitation and they have a dedicated pelvic health area.
I even spied some squirrels 🐿️ frolicking in the gardens! What a lovely calming environment to work in.
It was great to see how other colleagues work and of course lots of discussions about how and when we use stimulation.
Thank you ladies for an enjoyable morning - look forward to seeing some of you at the POGP conference next week!

Spent a lovely couple of hours today with and her team at Portsmouth. Their NHS clinic is lovely and we had lots to talk about!
What a privilege it is to be able to travel, meet with colleagues and see how they work on the other side of the world.

PelviCon 25 is a month away and I am honoured to be one of the invited speakers.
We don’t have a conference like this in Australia 🇦🇺 (where most of my followers are) but having bought the recordings last year and as an invited speaker this year I can say you won’t be disappointed if you buy the virtual option.
This year you can not only buy as a recording but that also allows you to attend in real time (if you set your alarm and get the time zones right 😉) and feel like you are there.
My topic is a ‘A Stimulating look at Pelvic Health’
Other topics range from PGAD, nocturia,sexual health, neurodivergence in pelvic health, menstrual health, GI changes after birth… the list goes on and each talk is 45 or 75 minutes long so you get more than just a scratch on the surface.

Spent a fun afternoon with the ladies at Mater Mothers in Brisbane, showcasing pelvic health products, how they work and how to choose and prescribe them effectively.
