Universal Exercise Unit (UEU)

The UEU is a system consisting of a metal frame, pulleys, bungees, weights & suspension rail!

Using the UEU can assist with;
✔️Counteracting muscle atrophy
✔️Developing functional muscle strength
✔️Increasing ROM
✔️Developing isolated movements
✔️Preventing joint contractures
✔️Normalising muscle tone
✔️Integrating primitive reflexes
✔️Providing deep proprioceptive input

Join us this week for World Parkinson’s Day!

The day is observed annually on the 11th of April to commemorate Dr. James Parkinson’s birthday, who was the first person to recognise Parkinson’s as a medical condition in 1817. The day is an opportunity to highlight the importance of understanding the disease & its challenges for those affected.

In clinic we will be wearing purple & would love for you to join us! 💜
