If you've been sitting on the fence about reaching out, this is your gentle nudge.

I know it can feel strange to ask for help. Especially when you've always been the one who holds it all together.

But after 16 years in practice and from.personal experience, I can tell you this with certainty:

The people who ask for help are not weak. They are the ones who actually change.

I offer a free initial conversation so you can ask all your questions, get a feel for the process, and decide whether it's the right fit for you. No pressure, no obligation.

Just a real conversation about what's going on for you and what might be possible.

IBS is not all in your head.

But the head absolutely plays a role.

The gut-brain connection is real, well-researched, and incredibly relevant for anyone living with IBS.

When the nervous system is dysregulated, the gut often reflects that. Bloating. Cramping. The kind of unpredictable symptoms that make it hard to plan your day.

Naturopathy looks at what is happening in the gut physically, the microbiome, inflammation, dietary triggers.

Hypnotherapy works on the nervous system that is driving the hypersensitivity.

Together, they address IBS from both directions at once.

You don't have to just manage it. There is often a lot more we can do.

If IBS has been making your life smaller, let's have a chat.

Putting yourself first isn't selfish. It's how everything starts to work. ✦

I know that can feel impossible to believe when you've spent years at the bottom of your own list.

But what I see in practice is this:

When women start to genuinely prioritise their own wellbeing, not just their family's health, not their work performance, but their own inner world, everything around them starts to shift too.

They have more to give. They make better decisions. Their relationships improve.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. That's not a cliche, it's physiology.

You deserve to be on your own list. Not just on it. Near the top of it.

Tag someone who needs permission to put themselves first today. ♥️

Monica came to me with a relationship with her body that had been difficult since she was a young girl.

After working together she said she felt warm, safe and that her intentions for the sessions had genuinely been met.

That word, safe, matters more than people realise. Feeling safe is not a luxury in this kind of work. It's a requirement.

When the nervous system feels safe enough to soften, real change becomes possible.

Whatever you're carrying, old or new, physical or emotional, healing is available to you.

You don't have to keep carrying it alone.

I'd love to be your light at the end of the tunnel. DM me to find out more ❤️

Healing isn't linear. Sometimes it's a dance and sometimes it's a nap. 🌿

Both are important. Both count.

We put so much pressure on ourselves to improve in a straight line. To always be making progress. To never slide back.

But the nervous system doesn't work that way. It spirals. It tests. It takes two steps forward and occasionally one back.

The nap days are not failure days. They are days your body is integrating, restoring, and doing work you can't see.

Be patient with yourself. The fact that you're aware of the pattern at all is already evidence of change.

Share this with someone who needs to hear it today 😘

"I give and give and give, and I never get anything back."

I hear this so often.

And here is what I want you to know. That pattern didn't come from nowhere. It came from a role you learned to play, often a long time ago.

A belief that your worth is tied to what you do for others. That love is something you earn. That your needs come last.

Those beliefs make sense given where they came from. But they don't have to run the show forever.

You are allowed to receive. You are allowed to matter too.

If that sentence hit something in you, I'd love to have a conversation.

Do you wake up at 2am with a mind that won't stop?

You're not alone, and it's not random.

When the body is in a chronic stress response, cortisol and adrenaline levels don't follow the pattern they're supposed to. Instead of being low at night and high in the morning, they spike at the wrong times.

So you lie there, exhausted, but wired.

The solution isn't more discipline at bedtime. It's addressing what's driving the stress response in the first place.

That's the kind of work we do together, looking at both the physical body through naturopathy and the subconscious patterns through hypnotherapy.

Because sleep is not a luxury. It's how your body heals.

Save this if 2am is a regular visitor for you

You don't need fixing. You just need permission to be kind to yourself. ♥️

I say this a lot because I mean it.

So many of the women I work with arrive believing something is fundamentally wrong with them. That they are broken. That everyone else has figured something out that they haven't.

What I actually see is someone who has been incredibly hard on themselves for a very long time.

The inner voice is often our harshest critic. And we listen to it more than we listen to anyone else.

What would change if you started talking to yourself the way you talk to someone you love?

Drop a heart if this is something you're working on

Abbey came to me with decades of bodywork behind her and a healthy dose of scepticism.

After one session she described tears of gratitude, a deep sense of contentment, and happiness she felt right down to her core.

"Life is continuously unfolding and expanding," she said.

That's not magic. That's what happens when the subconscious mind finally gets to do its work in a safe space.

You don't have to have tried everything to come and see me. But if you have, and you're still searching, I'd love to have a conversation.

26/02/2026

Do you find yourself saying yes when every part of you means no?

It's not that you lack confidence. It's that your nervous system learned that keeping the peace keeps you safe.

And when that's the lesson you learned early on, it becomes automatic. You don't even think about it anymore. You just shrink.

The good news is that automatic responses can change.

When we understand where a pattern came from, we can start to loosen its grip. That's exactly what we do together in session.

You are allowed to take up space. You were always allowed to.

If this trigger something for you, you are welcome to send me a DM ❤️

You can't outthink anxiety, but you can out breathe it 🌿

Seriously. Your breath is one of the only ways you can directly influence your nervous system.

When you slow your exhale down, your body gets the message that you are safe. Heart rate drops. Shoulders soften. Mind quiets.

You don't need an app. You don't need 20 minutes.

You just need to breathe out for longer than you breathe in.

Try it right now. In for 4. Out for 8. Do that 3-6 times.

That's it. That's the whole thing.

Save this for the next time anxiety creeps in.

If you’re wondering what you’ll actually walk away with from Reset & Rise…

Here’s what matters.

You’ll feel calmer in your body within minutes,
because I’ll guide you through a live group hypnotherapy session designed to reset your nervous system.

You’ll leave with simple breathing tools
you can use at your desk, in the car, or before sleep, real-life tools, not theory.

You’ll understand exactly why the 3pm slump happens, and how to prevent it without relying on willpower.

And most importantly…
you’ll walk away with one clear, aligned action.
Something that feels doable. Not overwhelming.
Because change sticks when it feels steady, not forced.

If that sounds like what you need right now,
I’ll see you this Sunday.
