When I first began practising Naturopathy, I was focused on protocols.
On doing everything at once.
On trying to “fix” the body as quickly as possible.
Then I stepped back and reminded myself that this isn’t how illness develops — and it isn’t how healing happens either.
Dis-ease forms gradually. It builds through stress, depletion, inflammation, and nervous system overload over months… often years. So it makes sense that true healing asks for time as well.
One guiding principle that stayed with me is this:
for every year the body has been in dis-ease, it can take three months or more to repair and restore.
Healing is not a quick reset. It’s a journey with highs and lows, clarity and setbacks, expansion and integration. It requires rhythm, support, and commitment.
That’s why I created an 18-week healing journey — a structured, supportive container for those who are ready to work with their body, not against it, and who are committed to feeling well again in a sustainable way.
