New blinds are in!!! Its coming together at our new location (albeit...slowly). We now have some protection from that beautiful morning sun which will be lovely as we come into summer. With these blinds we will still get to take in this amazing location and sounds of the natural world around us even in the heat of summer.

This week, I was incredibly privileged to be able to spend a few days in the ACT at the University of Canberra in support of the ADF ARRTS Program. This program was designed to support military members (and now includes first responders) by providing mentoring and an introduction to creative tools that can aid in recovery and resilience. Every participant on this program showed immense courage and vulnerability by taking part in this process.

Creative outputs and complementary therapies can have a tremendous positive effect on a persons well-being. Such an amazing opportunity for everyone involved.
