🎉🐾 Happy 15th Birthday to my beautiful fluffy boy, Maxie! 💙

I can’t believe my fur baby is fifteen today. I love him so much! He’s been by my side through so many moments over the years, always purring, snuggling, (with the odd cheeky swipe 😅), bringing in half the garden 🌱and filling my heart with love. 🐈‍⬛💞

You’re such an old soul Maxie and I’m so grateful for every year we’ve shared together. Today you’ll be spoilt with extra treats, long naps in the sunshine and of course, our cuddles on the lounge this evening. 😻🎂

✨ Cover Reveal ✨
I’m so excited to share the cover of my third children’s book, Grandad’s Magic Fix and Mindful Tricks! 📚

This story is close to my heart 💜 as the characters are inspired by my husband Robbie and our beautiful granddaughter Rosie. 🥰 It’s a celebration of the love between grandparents and children, sprinkled with mindfulness tools to help little ones navigate big feelings. I can’t wait for families to read it together. 📖

I was also blessed to cross paths with my talented illustrator, Joanne Colely, during a retreat at Crom Castle in Ireland. 🏰 What began as a chance meeting has grown into a wonderful friendship 👭 Her illustrations are fun, creative, and have brought this story to life in a way I couldn’t have imagined. 🎨

I’ve just found out I’m a finalist in the Creative Arts category for the 2025 Heart of Women’s Awards! 💖

Out of over 400 entries, I’ve been selected as one of 10 finalists by a panel of seven judges from the community. These awards recognise women making a difference, and I’m so incredibly honoured to have Mandalas of Reflection Colouring and Journaling celebrated in this way 🎉

I’m honestly so proud of my book 🥰 This journey has been about creativity, connection, and wanting to make an impact through mindfulness. Being recognised among such inspiring women is a win in itself. 💫
