Gratitude is looking at all the things that you HAVE and truly feeling thankful for them.
Gratitude changes your perspective on life so you no longer dwell on the people doing “better than you”.
You spend less time complaining and more time seeing how well you’re actually doing.
‘Failures’ and ‘mistakes’ are no longer seen as such because you can appreciate how much you learned from those experiences, and how much you have improved your game since then.
