It's all about the colour. Here are two suggestions to get it just right:

👩‍🍳 Sautéed: A little olive oil or butter, 2–3 mins in the pan until it turns a solid white colour. Add a splash of white wine and fresh herbs — perfect in pasta, risotto, or tacos.
