Registrations for The Push-Up Challenge are now open!

Get ready to boost your physical and mental fitness, connect with our incredible community and make a real difference by raising funds for headspace Maroochydore.

Here’s what you need to know:

📅 Challenge dates: 3–26 June.

🎯 The goal: Complete 3,307 push-ups—or pick an alternative exercise. You can also aim for half (1,654).

❤️ Why 3,307? This number represents the 3,307 lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.

💪 Sign up solo or start a team with your mates, family, school, gym, club or workplace.

We’re excited to let you know that The Push-Up Challenge is back in 2026 and you can support headspace Maroochydore again!

From 3 – 26 June, we will be pushing for better, together.

Your goal for the challenge will be 3,307 push-ups (or alternative exercises), which sadly represents the number of lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024.

By taking on the challenge and choosing headspace Maroochydore as your charity, you’ll be strengthening vital mental health services for young people and the family who support them.
