Hi, my name is Jo Distefano and I am the founder of The Avenue. Drawing on the experience and learning I have gained over the past eight years, I am expanding my remit. As such, I will be including relationship counselling for individuals, couples and families and running strengths-based support groups as part of my ongoing services. Of course, my work with loss and grief will continue to be integral to my practice. Other than this, the most obvious difference will be the change in name of my FB page from The Avenue Grief and Loss Counselling Service to Evolving Connections Counselling. Evolving Connections will continue to assist you in managing the challenges of loss and grief and the aim, as always, will be to strive for a heightened awareness of Self to facilitate a broader outlook and a stronger approach to change.

In addition to all of this, there will now be regular blogs, videos and additional information uploaded to my website as well as continuing to provide my regular posts on FB.
