Reconnecting with this gorgeous girl… not so little anymore! I met Maddy when she was 10, anxiously stepping into my kids yoga class.

She was in my classes and videos right up to her senior years in highschool.

Now, she’s all grown up- 21, working full time, being sent overseas to train up team members, a homeowner with her partner and fur babies- so capable and grounded.

I am beyond proud of her and the woman that she has become.

THIS is one of the most precious parts of my work as a yoga teacher - to be a mentor and guide for kids and teens, beyond the yoga poses.

Grateful for these moments 🩵🤍

One of my own big releases this year is finishing up Inspired Kids Yoga Teacher Training in person, with the final face-to-face training happening Feb 21–22.

This hasn’t been an easy decision.
I’ve taught this training for 14 years, and it has been one of my most heartfelt creations.

But I’ve reached a point where I can no longer juggle everything and still serve with integrity — no matter how much I wish I could do it all.

That “do everything for everyone” pattern is an old skin for me.
 And it no longer serves.

By closing this chapter, I’m creating space to expand the .fairies hospital program nationally — supporting children in medical settings with tools to feel safe, calm and empowered. This is legacy work for me, and it’s time.

While in-person training is coming to a close, my online courses will continue, so you can still learn and revisit these tools at your own pace.

2025 was a year of shedding. 🐍
 Old patterns. Old skins. Old ways of trying to do everything.

As we step into a 10/1 year — and the incoming Fire Horse energy in Feb— this is a season for courage, truth and movement.
 Not carrying what no longer fits.
 Not living small.

If you’re feeling the nudge to shed, shift or finally step forward — trust it.
 The horse doesn’t wait.

During relaxation time in our last kindy yoga class, Santa came to check that each child was “sleeping” and not peeking and gave them a little tickle on the cheek.

I wish I could share their smiles and giggles with you- but you’ll just have to believe me that it was adorable! 🥰

What happened in Bondi is horrific. 💔 My heart goes out to everyone affected- victims; families; first responders; witnesses; medical professionals and every Australian who is feeling impacted by this very un-Australian act.

Kids will be hearing things and asking questions. There are some helpful tips listed on the page on how you could approach it.

This spa day was really needed after all of the kindy classes the past week.

We made it to the end of the kindy year at …. after approx 330 classes across 4 rooms from toddlers to kindy, memorizing 70 names (I still mix up a couple!), lots of ABC Yoga; plenty of dance and freeze and as much calm time as we could manage! 🧘🏼‍♀️ 🌬️ 😴

My work in hospitals through .fairies is my legacy.

Supporting kids who feel anxious, scared or overwhelmed and giving them simple yoga tools to feel safe and calm in medical settings is the most meaningful work I’ve ever done.

That is why I’m wrapping up in-person kids yoga teacher trainings- so I can redirect that energy to where it’s needed most.

My last face-to-face training for Inspired Kids Yoga Teacher Training is February 2026.

To be clear:
The online courses will stay open. ✅

I’ll still facilitate workshops for kindy teachers ✅

But if you’ve been wanting to become a certified Kid’s Yoga Teacher with me - THIS is your last chance!

We will practice together, embody the tools and you will walk away from the weekend ready to teach yoga to kids.
