Join us for a day of creativity, connection, and calm at Inner Knowing Respite.
On Saturday 11th October 2025, from 10am – 2pm, you’ll be guided by Jenny, a fully qualified Art Therapist, as you hand-shape your own unique clay angel.

Today after weeks of planning and organising, Nat and I head off to India on a big adventure, something that Nat has wanted to do for years. We are volunteering in a school in Goa and travelling through Northern India afterwards. This is going to be so much fun and we’re so excited to get going. Special thank you to my ongoing weekly participants that I support and our weekly Saturday Social group for understanding while I take this time away to chase mine and Nat’s dream of returning to India (its been 26yrs since I was in India)!!
I look forward to seeing you all when we’re back.
