Staying grateful for this experience from mental health services to understand myself and others better while I’m healing, im grateful to be able to see ways in which I can see things more clearly and show up as a better version of myself thanks to the power of medication. It ain’t weak to speak.

I don’t believe it’s an excuse to be unkind or ignorant but my mental health has been on the decline for some time now, it’s reached a point where I’ve realised I’ve sabotaged every good thing and opportunity that was in my life. I want to apologise not for my misunderstanding but for my incompetence to see when I was wrong. I’m learning now only after receiving medication that I have hurt and offended others in my ignorance of my surroundings. I’m doing my best to make up for this so I do apologise again if I’m reaching out out of the ordinary it’s because I believe I have something to make up for or do better in understanding.
I’m still reliving a lot of this past 12-15 months and doing my best to stop living in a state of unawareness.
I am sorry for my actions, I’m do what I can to be someone that can understand my impact and bring forward my true intentions.
