More and more women in midlife are quietly asking,
“Should I be considering a GLP-1?”

Not because they want an easy option.
Because they are already doing a lot, and it is no longer working the way it used to.

Most of us lovely ladies don’t struggle with setting boundaries, we struggle with the stories that stop us from implementing them.

The guilt. The pressure to hold everything together. The belief that “rest is lazy” or that asking for help means you’ve failed.

But internal boundaries are where real change begins.
It’s the quiet decision to stop running on empty.
To question the thoughts that keep you exhausted.
To give yourself permission to rest, say no, and take up space.

Thriving isn’t about doing more, it’s about shifting that damaging mindset that tells you that your needs come last (helpful hint, they bloody well don't!).

If you’ve ever felt like your full-time job is keeping everyone happy, this book speaks your language.

I am a reformed people pleaser (with the occasional relapse), and honestly… it has been one of the most damaging parts of my upbringing. And I know that’s true for so many of us ladies.

We learn early that being “good” means being agreeable, accommodating, flexible, grateful and low-maintenance.
Then suddenly we’re adults wondering why we’re knackered, resentful and living on the crumbs of our own time.

“Putting Yourself First” is one of the few books that actually speaks to this with clarity and compassion.
It's a simple reminder that your needs are allowed to exist in the room with everyone else’s.
