There are so many creams and potions on the market these days we can be absolutely confused by the different messages we are given. My advice is to follow that old philosophy of your body is your temple - start with nourishing and feeding your skin healthy food and then break down the simple equation of prevent, maintain and repair.
1. Prevent damage with good habits and sun protection.
2. Maintain good skin with a daily routine of trusted product and follow that up with ....
3. Repairing and reversing damage.
