I like to sit in silence during a solstice period. The veil between the past and future opens and in stillness, I can glimpse what lays ahead for me, for the collective.

We are being prepared to step into something greater, an energy of such truth and integrity that our light can only shine brighter.

Our beautiful country is in shock right now, dealing with the emotions of rage, disbelief, fear and such deep sadness- not just because of the tragedy recently at Bondi- but because we have now become such powerful empaths- that we feel this global surge of emotions as others suffer tragedy each day

In my own world, this year I have witnessed deep grief of friends who have lost loved ones - others who have struggled to find answers and peace amidst their own struggles and many who have questioned- what’s to point? What can I really do? To make a difference?

I say to you all- each kindness, each smile, each act of contribution, Ayni and love to bring to the world- that is the difference you are here to make

I see you, I honour you and I urge you - to keep shining your light - even when it’s dim

Many women approach their medicine wheel journey - carrying the weight of unspoken stories, echoes from their lineage, wounds stored in the womb, and shadows that follow them through their days.

They feel the pull of something ancient inside them, yet they don’t know how to access it. Their energy is heavy, their spirit tired, and their path feels tangled in threads that are not theirs alone.

This event becomes the medicine. The guide to find their joy.

Inside the sacred container, the spirits of Serpent, Jaguar, Hummingbird, and Eagle begin to work through the body and the field.

Old imprints loosen. Ancestral grief lifts. The womb remembers her power.
