From 12 February 2026, we’ll be operating from a new space one floor above within the same building - Suite 607 Pulse Medical.

Physiotherapy continues as usual 🙌
While Pilates will be paused for now, we’re actively exploring a lovely nearby space that could allow us to bring Pilates back, continue physio, and even offer parking 🚗🤞

Good Afternoon Pilates Family.
We have a stunning Pilates clinic overlooking the east side of SCUH in Birtinya, and we invite you to visit us.
Conveniently located, we are a short walk away for residents in the immediate Birtinya area.
Our approach to each session is unique and specialised for your individual needs.
With a maximum of four people per session, our fully equipped studio allows us to tailor each workout to how your body feels on each day.

Seated Pelvic Floor/Seated Pilates
