As a practitioner of Reiki and high-frequency energy work, I open the door for transformation to take place. My sessions are uniquely focused on clearing and addressing any distortions or imbalances within the body, working deeply at the cellular level to restore harmony, renew vitality, and support reconnection to your body, mind, and spiritāguiding you back to your natural state of wholeness, peace, and balance. My sessions offer a safe, gentle space where you can release fear and tension, find emotional comfort, and embrace transformation. You remain fully clothed throughout, and with my hands-free approach, the work is done energetically to support healing and restoration. With compassion, care, and a holistic approach, I create a personalised path that honours your unique experienceāempowering you to feel supported, hopeful, and deeply connected to your own inner strength. The first session generally takes 1.5 hours, and each session thereafter normally takes around 1 hour. Whilst the number of sessions you choose is completely up to you, a series of three sessions is recommended, particularly for those navigating cancer, as this gives the body and spirit time to truly restore and embrace the deeper benefits of this transformative energy. Each session is lovingly offered at $100. š

In 2008, a profound awakening changed the course of my life, opening my eyes to a deeper truth. Over the next 17 years, I dedicated my life to the ascended process of clearing, cleansing and reconnecting every part of my mind, body and spirit and I rediscovered something that had eluded me for such a long timeāa deeper meaning to life, a true connection to an infinite source of power and intelligence and reawakening dormant and soulful gifts beyond anything I had ever imagined. šāØš
That journey didnāt just transform how I see the worldāit also shaped how I live it, from the big soulful moments to the small joys that make me who I am. Iām happily married, a proud mum of two amazing kids, and the human servant to two tuxedo cats. Cooking and baking arenāt really my passions, but I enjoy creating something for others ā and surprisingly, people seem to enjoy what I make! Recently, I discovered a love for paintingā¦ which is funny, because I still struggle to draw a decent stick figure. Iām also a keen gardener, fascinated by planting and watching things grow, and happiest when Iām outdoors ā especially walking along the beach. Iām a big tennis fan, mostly because Iām inspired by the sheer skill, drive, and passion the players bring to the court. I love to travel and have been lucky enough to explore some incredible corners of the world. Iām also a night owl who enjoys sleeping in, a lover of all things tropical, and a firm believer that palm trees make life better. š“
