Hi everyone. I hope you stay safe with the wild weather ahead. Remember to take some time to slow down and just breathe. A good technique to calm anxiety is box / square breathing:

Sit with a straight back

Inhale to a count of 4
Hold the air in your lungs for a count of 4
Exhale to a count of 4
Hold your lungs empty for a count of 4

Continue this pattern until you feel relaxed
