Over the years, my understanding of healing has shifted.
I no longer see it as something that needs to be fixed or solved. For me, it has become much more about remembering. Remembering how to breathe more fully and how to listen inwardly. Remembering that your own pace is valid, even when the world feels rushed. Remembering that there is wisdom within you that has never left.
This understanding hasn’t come from intuition alone. It has been shaped by many years of study, practice and working closely with people through periods of change.
My background includes remedial massage therapy and Shandara Energy Weaving, along with relaxation and energy-based modalities, meditation and guided awareness practices. I also help with emotional and nervous system regulation, herbal and aromatherapy formulation, and feminine flow and rhythm frameworks. Most importantly, I have spent years holding space for people navigating transition, burnout and life shifts.
Over time, these experiences have woven together into a way that feels steady and supportive. My work is intuitive and gentle, but also grounded and informed by training and practical experience. My intention is always to create an environment where people feel safe enough to slow down and reconnect with themselves.
This is what has shaped the Return to Rhythm Retreat.
I'd love to have you join me on March 20–22, when I will be holding a small group retreat in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. It is limited to five participants so the space can remain calm and personal. The focus is simple: time in nature, supportive guidance and the opportunity to step away from everyday demands long enough to listen to what you need.

Wherever you are in your own journey, I hope you are finding moments to pause and reconnect in ways that feel true to you.
