For stress relief, whether is listening to a podcast or sitting with your own affirmations and breathing it can be helpful but

The art of slowing down and reducing those stress levels are an important key to living a happy stress free life.

LIFE GETS BUSY// so even sitting outside for 5mins can help reduce those cortisol levels. 3 big belly breaths, have shown to calm the nervous system.

I wake up in the morning and sip on a warm tea, take 5 minutes to be intentional about the day starting It off slow with some deep breathing. Then go for a walk.
