From February 2nd until March 30th, our much loved facilitator Nicky G will be stepping away from the studio to lead his teacher training.

There’s something quietly powerful about a teacher choosing to deepen their path by guiding others. To step forward as both teacher and student, to travel, to learn, and to be shaped by the experience, not for recognition, but for depth.

While Nicky is away, he’ll be immersed in holding space, sharing practice, and expanding his own understanding through the process of teaching. You can follow along with his journey on his personal socials and witness this chapter unfolding in real time.

During this time, we’re grateful to have a beautiful mix of familiar faces and new teachers stepping in to hold his classes. Each brings their own voice, rhythm, and way of sharing the practice, and we invite you to pop in, say hello, and experience the unique energy they each offer.

When Nicky returns at the end of March, we know he’ll come back carrying more than just new insights. He’ll return with a fresh perspective, deeper presence, and stories that will ripple through the room the moment he steps back onto the floor.

We’ll be holding space for him while he’s away, and we can’t wait to welcome him home, full of inspiration and ready to share all that he’s gathered along the way.

The holidays can leave us carrying more than just memories. Sometimes our bodies feel tight, our minds busy, and there’s a quiet pressure to “catch up” that lingers long after the celebrations have ended. Movement has a way of helping us release that tension and reset, but it doesn’t have to be perfect or exhausting. When you step onto your mat, flow through Pilates, or move on the reformer, it’s about reconnecting with your breath, your body, and the way you want to feel.

Each class is an opportunity to begin again. One class is enough. Today is enough. Showing up for yourself in this way reminds your body and mind that it is safe to rest, stretch, and strengthen. Come move with us and give yourself permission to start fresh, without judgement. Your body will thank you.✨

Across these sessions, we’ll explore stress and burnout, hormonal shifts, inflammation and immune health, with a nourishing, grounded approach that meets you exactly where you are. No overwhelm. No pressure. Just clarity, support, and gentle empowerment.

At Morning Light, we don’t just teach you what to teach.
