It's taken me years to build up the courage to face my fears and study.
I'm in week 2 of my first semester at USC studying Psychology...
We're all familiar with the 'I'm not this enough, I'm not that enough' self talk we berate ourselves with... well, mine was 'I'm not smart enough'
I'm here to prove myself wrong, to be my own inspiration, to hold myself accountable and to at least show up to the party.
I promise myself to ask for help when I need it, ask all the stupid questions, be brave enough to try and have fun in the process.
I'm pumped I have the opportunity to learn and the freedom to gain knowledge... after all knowledge is power.
