Like everyone I have faced many challenges in life. I have fallen down more times than I care to admit! I've felt loneliness, self doubt, unworthiness, deep hurt and emotional trauma. After my own personal healing journey beginning around 15 years ago and working with children & teenagers in our government care system, homeless or at risk of homelessness and Adults with Disabilities I've decided to reach out to others in my own unique way using both professional and personal skills I have gained in a holistic way suited to each individual.
